We feel like we have

structures to suit

your needs.

Standard Fees

Free -- Any fundraising idea, resource or tip that you find on the Profit Quests website. Use of selected fundraising products come with free consultation. Ask for details on those select fundraising products. Note: Links to other websites or for products and fundraising software services may charge their own particular fees and are outside the control of ProfitQuests.com.

$100/hour -- One-on-one consultation via telephone or e-mail. Also, hourly work to complete any fundraising project agreed upon will be charged by the hour. There is a minimum 1 hour fee charged.

Small special projects may range up to a 4 hour work schedule. For additional availability, see the Retainer Fee Structure below.

Our consulting fees are not based on percentage of commissions as this is an unethical practice established by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in their Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Compensation Section on page 6.

Event Campaign

Call For Proposal -- Implementing and directing your event via telephone and e-mail consultations only. Typically, this price includes up to a solid week or more of direction and planning that may be spread out over an extended time frame.. If an on-site visit to your location is desired, travel and accomodations will be extra. This could range from $4,000 to $12,000 depending on complexity.

Capital Campaign

Call For Proposal -- At this time we are offering limited consulting on Capital Campaigns via telephone and/or e-mail. We work with smaller organizations that generally can't pay for high-priced consulting fees and want to "do-it-themselves".

Call us to explain your unique situation, we will draft a plan including potential consulting costs and submit a proposal for your consideration.

A capital campaign is dependent on the outcome of a recommended feasibility study.

Feasibility Study

Call For Proposal -- At this time we are offering limited consulting on Feasibility Studies via telephone and/or e-mail.

Call us to explain your unique situation, we will draft a plan including potential consulting costs and submit a proposal for your consideration.

Retainer

$1,500 -- Place us on retainer by the month and you will reserve us for 16 hours of work each month. Any work done over this will be charged by the hourly rate. This is a less expensive alternative to hiring a fundraising executive full or part time when all you need is general direction in your fundraising efforts.
