Neighborhood Flags
I love colorful decorative flags. Most people do. This fundraiser will really brighten up any garden or yard for your supporters.
We're offering free brochures for you to use in securing your sales. You will get a healthy 40% profit margin with a $23 House Flag bringing you $9.20 in profit each. That's pretty good if each fundraising worker sells 5 to 10 of these.
This is one of those fundraisers that an individual raising money for their own ministry, cancer society fund or heart association walkathon can easily use to raise additional funds. It's also great for girl scout troop, garden clubs or ladies group.
There are over 82 different items to choose from with no Minimum Orders. That makes it perfect for individual or small group fundraisers. Check out some of the flags offered and profit potential at the Neighborhood Flag Fundraiser here.

NASCAR Concessions Need Workers
I just had a good conversation with a company that wants to get the word out to nonprofit groups about a great fundraising opportunity.
NASCAR concession sales company, Americrown, needs non profit groups to help work concession sales in exchange for fundraising profits. The group size needed is from 10 and 25 people working small and large concession booths at the race tracks.
The time frame lasts during the summer races for the months of June, July, August. Groups are compensated 10 percent of their booth sales which is a considerable amount of money for any organization.
Bob Ogg, Americrown Recruiter says, "Groups could not do enough sales all year and still make the amount of profits they make here at the track for one race. I can offer a group very good money and I can offer them continuous fund raising opportunities for the future." Groups should have their 501 (c) (3) IRS tax exempt status to qualify.
If you're group is affiliated with a national organization, your sister groups may also qualify for a fundraising opportunity at other tracks. NASCAR tracks have concession sales all over the country. Call Bob Ogg at 517-592-1332 or 734-834-7654 for more details.
If full, ask to be put on their waiting list for next year.

Scratch-A-Thon Program

Marathons, walkathons, and many other A-Thons will be taking place this summer. Every time you pick up a newspaper you see another great A-Thon benefit for a worthy cause.
You may be thinking that the marathon or walkathon field is overly crowded and that your group can't make an impact. Historically, many nonprofits have made tremendous fundraising success getting others involved in their special A-Thon program. It simply works and it works very well if done right.
Let me encourage you to consider conducting your own A-Thon fundraiser, but with a unique twist. How about a Scratch-A-Thon?
The Scratch-A-Thon fundraiser is a highly successful and proven fundraiser that may bring in more money than you could generate with a typical Walk-A-Thon. Try generating $260 per card scratched.
Sounds amazing doesn't it? Don't get left behind. Just check out the Scratch-A-Thon Fundraiser here. program for yourself.

The Fundraising Manual: A Step by Step Guide to Creating the Perfect Event

Every fundraiser needs a fundraising manual. That's why I want to highlight this book titled, The Fundraising Manual: A Step by Step Guide to Creating the Perfect Event.
The book shows you how to get started raising money from scratch. It also shows you how to work with others effectively in raising a lot of money with few if any resources to start.
You'll get a reference section that is packed with vendors, their phone numbers, fax numbers and other fundraising publications. It includes information on auctions, Swim-a-thons, dinners, ticket sales and other fundraising programs.
Finally, the book discusses how to "wrap it all up" in helping us all to stay focused on completing our fundraiser in the most successful means possible.
