Send in your order

Be sure to match the shipping address to the one you have on the Final Order Form submitted by fax to (512)366-9975 or email using the Word - Final Order Form.   You may also mail the Final Order Form in to: Profit Quests Fundraising, 112 Lafayette Circle, West Monroe, LA 71291

Make Your Payment - 3 Options to choose from to secure your order:

1 - Pay By Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex) and PayPal

If you know your total purchase price, enter it into our Secure Payment Portal with your PayPal or Credit Card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover accepted) information below.

To make a payment, click on the blue Purchase button below and enter the amount due. 

You will not be asked what individual items you are purchasing, rather, this is for the final Amount Due.

You will receive an instant receipt for your purchase and your fundraising products will be scheduled for shipment.  Thank you.

Note: Regular Checks will need to clear the bank before the order is finalized so be prepared for any slight delay.  We only take regular group checks... please do not send any personal checks from your customers.



3 - Pay By Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Amex) and PayPal
Purchase Orders - Available for schools only.  if your department or organization is not financially and legally associated to your school, this option is not available.  Issue a Purchase Order Form and pay within 30 days of your order date. The Purchase Order Form must be signed by the group organizer, the principal and the school treasurer. It's important to note that all parties signing are personally held liable for any monies owed.  You may fax this to (512)366-9975 along with the Final Order Form.
